Xiaomi most preferred brand in sub-Rs 15,000 segment in India
One out of three Indian users are interested to buy their next smartphone in the Rs 10,000-Rs 15,000 value run, another review said on Monday, including that Xiaomi is the most favored brand for customers’ next buy in this portion. While two of every three users are interested to purchase a mid or top of the line smartphone in India, four of every five users are happy with their current smartphones, said “Consumer Lens”, a worldwide research program by Counterpoint Research.
“Cell phone users in India are winding up more modern the same number of them are on their second or third cell phone. We have seen advanced highlights diffusing through the mid-level portion quicker than at any other time and users are finding these feature sufficiently alluring to redesign,” said Pavel Naiya, Senior Analyst, Consumer Lens.
